I personally don't believe one thing in webers financials or prs. I was a believer at one time. I remember last year listening to weber tell that radio show, Koma would be in 90 percent of all Walmarts by end of 2013. I was so excited. I told my friends and bought more stock. As September came along I could see it was just a ploy to sell shares. So many prs put out over the years that are proven to be bull crap. Lies lies lies. I have found that many people who trust weber have met him in person. Basic psychology 101 applies here. Normally human nature is to trust after meeting someone. Especially if the person puts out the correct body language, and uses the correct key words. I believe Weber is a sociopath, and he plays people well. he even tried to play that judge on the 6 counts of tax evasion. Fortunatly, judges are use to dealing with sociopaths, and Weber was convicted. I am a actions speak louder then words kind of guy. The fact is Brian Weber, by his actions has shown to have little concern for shareholders. He refuses to put out updates explaining what's going on. He only puts out prs. Weber told a shareholder via email 3 months ago he was preparing an update to explain everything concerning the A/S. Weber lied again. No update. We do know from that email weber needs 5 million dollars for the Euro expansion, hence the A/s raise. If I'm not mistaken bbda shareholders own 5 percent of Euro. Does it concern anyone here we are paying for it through dilution which has killed the pps? If you research you will see half the people pumping are part of Webers race team. They need those shares to be sold to continue living there racing dreams. Also remember Weber was caught raising the A/S to unlimited last year and when caught blamed it on someone else, yet the form showed weber singed it. Webers goal is to rape bbda to death. Start a new shell. Start all over IMO. You have to realize when new investors come here and see the A/S is at 9 billion they run away. can you blame them?
