As you know of course there are no 2.4 billion free shares. So this post is not true. The company issued 240 million preferred shares to me per my employment agreement. They each have 10 times voting rights. This maintains my 51% control without having to issue me additional shares at any time in the future. These preference shares have no trading market and can not be sold. Even if I could, I would never convert them because I would then lose my controlling interest.
