From what i see on L2 shows a lot of bid buyers. We all know that if you constantly try to buy on the bid it will usually take the price down. Rinse and repeat a thousand times today and it could finish the day at even. Lol. But honestly, with this kind of news and the price barely moving tells me one thing for sure. Buyers don't trust or have faith in this company. Otherwise it should be up over 200% so far. If investors feel shaky with a company, they let it be known with the PPS on news like this. Confidence is very low right now. And some investors feel that if they got screwed by a company once, that's it, they are done with that company. Remember, screw me over once, shame on you. Screw me over twice, shame on me. I believe that is what we are seeing here today.
