Do you think mergers and acquisitions departments at any investment bank have to setup a PO box for every city, and state they do business in?
NO!

Does a bank in NY need to change their address just because there doing a deal in Texas?

NO!

Think about it MMJ companies need capitol for deals that big banks aren’t getting involved in at this time. GDSM is setting up a place for these companies do grow and merge in this booming field.
