Only 1 or 2 out of thousands of suspensions over the last five years have ever come back. Also only SEC filers can be revoked. Non-filing tickers just go dormant. Eventually the ticker is removed...after a long period of time with no activity.

Suspension of a pink sheet stock is a death knell.
