I don't know how much teeth Medinah can put into that "request"

I appreciate your input on the matter. This not a point of argument. Just discussing it with you, since you were kind enough to point out Medianah's efforts in cleaning up this item.

Please note that attorneys are available in various jurisdictions globally to conduct legal business for clients who are willing to take the time and pursue their rights.

I had a matter of $250K owing me in a business transaction where the owing party simply ignored my requests, verbal and in writing to pay up. He took advantage of the fact that I was here in the U.S. and he was in Europe, 12 hours of flight, and a week or so of hotel stay away.

So after a year of putting up with his trash, I flew to the city where he resided and conducted business. One morning I simply showed up at his offices and demanded my funds.

He agreed to settle in making monthly payments. I had hired an attorney prior to my arrival. So my attorney, who was well versed in that country's practices made quick work of this matter, and without going to court, we simply finished our business, and closed out the whole affair.

One junior attorney can take this item to court and get a summary judgement on this crook and get have Medinah taken off the site. It might cost Medinah $10,000 more or less. Of course, JJ, being an Abogado, has no idea how this is done.

So if this newly revised web site still shows U's ownership of Medinah, then what? The partner simply lets it go? Medinah does nothing?

What more can be said? Inept, sloppy, ineffective? Just get the job done, is my two cents worth. You agree?
