what your are pointing to is a fair disclosure which is something every OTC Market company shoud practice. The fact is, the company does not ever know what the third party is doing and cannot be held responsible for their actions. At the same time, the company cannot pretend not to know that these things happen throughout the entire OTC market place. Thus, the fact that they are wise enough and transparent enough to make this statement, shouldn't be met with resistance. I don't know about you, but we need fair disclosure across the board. Companies that do not practice this are the companies we should run away from.
