FYI Here is the new website address for Merriman's new digital capital network:

This really excites me. IMO Medient wantts more shares autorized to do the following in the future:
1. Possible use for reverse split, if needed, to get on the OTCQX
(.10 min requirement) They may not be needed!
2. This new network opens up the market for future Company financing to build a major international company.
IMO Manu is thinking The international market is a huge marketplace.
I am not worried about dilution. The shares would just be there to be used if required in the Medient Business Plan..
