I believe a lot of things will have to change for companies once a majority of states have legalized it as recreational. After all alcohol is legal however one could lose their job for coming to work drunk or being caught drinking on the job. Personally what you do in the privacy of your own home is your damn business, no one else's. Unless it is something the would be detrimental of course to others. Hence companies should place MJ in the same book as alcohol. It's not allowed at work. Obviously people smoke and still are functioning members of society. There are the few that choose to stay stoned 24/7 but then you also have alcoholics that pretty much drink 24/7.

Yes amendments will need to be made to company bi-laws
