Of course I don't own shares yet...waiting for the verdict from SCOTUS in June (cases against FB and LNKD.) The case against Apple and this new case are just new. I will wait til they actually get a markman date on those cases, then I would play. Just watching the hogs get slaughtered today. I am not a gambler. I just want something more solid to play. I don't pump and I don't bash at all.
I just state the fact. Some might not like it.
