GREAT NEWS !! ITS OFFICIAL, THE COURTS HAVE FULLY DISMISSED BOTH SUITS BETWEEN MMR AND WALGREENS. It's not wise for both parties to give specific details of settlement to give the other defendants advance notice how to deal with MMR in their upcoming suits. MMR Needs to keep the other defendants wondering "how to deal with MMR" in their suits.

At the present time The remaining defendants still need to continue to provide and file all papers to keep their individual suits going.

THIS IS GREAT NEWS FOR MMR.
