B. Riley says Autobytel's valuation compares favorably to the reported Cars.com sale valuation and the recent price paid for Dealer.com. The firm sees value in Autobytel and reiterates a Buy rating on the stock with a $21.50 price target. Shares of the automotive marketing company are up 6% today to $14.53 after the Wall Street Journal reported that peer Cars.com is up for sale for a price around 4-5 times revenue.
