Yes but that's not how investors look at patents. Companies file patents everyday and that doesn't make their stocks go up. For example Apple files patents all the time and no one really cares. But when their iPhone sales go up because of patent (something like fingerprint sensor) their stock will go up.

Same applies here IMO. Once Elite starts making $ because of their patents portfolio things will get really interesting and we will for sure exceed the $2-$3 per share. Until then we just have to wait.
