Andrew, from what I've seen, these types of movements can happen quite often (in both ways). It's always amazing when they do, which is why I try and knock myself in my head all the time to "lock in profits" ..."lock in profits", but at the moment I'm only trading stocks and not holding them.
From what I've read you've been extremely profitable in ELTP and I can see that's its gone from $.10 to $.90+ in a little over two months. Truly staggering returns!!!
It's to be expected that the runup might have just been too far too fast, and hence the quick move down the last few days.
I know you have listed the catalysts before and a few have come in, but there's still quite a few to come in this month I believe. So, from that standpoint, the overall thesis is still in play, and is the reason why I decided to buy in at the moment. For me, it won't be a long term hold, just enough to "lock in profits" (hopefully that is).
It's mind boggling the way stocks move sometimes, and unfortunately sometimes the reason is hidden from us (MM's gone wild, or dilution of some sort), or other times its simple emotional trading gone wild.
I've been through quite a few bios that have done these type of moves intraday or over a day or two (especially upon the binary events). It's enough to make your mind go crazy.
In the end, when you've done your homework and DD, if the reason you bought is still in play, then one can only hope that the rest of the world eventually rationalizes the same. Best of Luck! I'm looking for a bounce :)
