New ticker is: Vape Holdings, Inc. (VAP*)

Example: 40:1 R/S 100,000 shares at .32 = $32,000 then split to 2,500 shares at $12.80 = $32,000

2,500 shares at $20.00 = $50,000

What is your guess for SPLI? I think we could hit .60 before the rs
