I use Sharebuilder, and it often allows me to buy most penny stocks. However, the "high risk" fee when buying or selling seems to be pretty high. For an example buying 2 million shares at .0002 cost me $60.00 just for the high risk fee.
Is E-trade similar, and is this just the norm for penny trading?
