One exception I take with Kathy's comment is this. She states that "the share holder feel that 6 months is a long time". The share holders never implied that. We simply felt that 6 months was a long time to finally hear from the company that Jim had past. We should have had this info from the company from someone in the first month. Many of us talked to this many weekly, a simply we are sorry to say, Jim passed away would have been nice. Not saying anything looked suspect.

Also, as is, we all found out because of the boards DD!! The company only mentioned his passing in the newsletter.

Her comment was back handed and showed her distain for many of us.
