I think the 13 million filing is misinformation at this point, we have to go through a reverse split (R/S) First and then the filing would be correct, I believe that there Attorney jump the gun and may not schooled on SEC, OTC, and Corp filings and their insurance may have to pay if it is not straighten out. Major screw up and let the cat out of the bag.

The Corp registration may not have been filed before the OTC was out.

The OTC filing may have to be retracted? Don't know.
Sell the balance of the shares.
Do their FENRA Filing and R/S Request and add a "D" to the symbol.
Request a SYMBOL change and wait 20 Days

AND all must be PR'ed to the Shareholders Nevada Law NRS first and may have to be Voted on.
