All of the issues with Scottrade might have to do with the fact that GDSM is changing TAs. Since the current TA is closed to giving out info, Mike has decided to switch. This will provide greater transparency going forward and will allow all shareholders and interested parties to obtain the current SS.

This not speculation either. Mike stated this to me during one of our conversations.
