Is anyone else intrigued by the pps gap between fannie and freddie? I'm a math teacher and it sure seems plausible to move into Freddie at this juncture and switch back to fannie when the gap closes considerably.

Pocket some cash or increase holdings.....if dividends return and both stocks pay close to the same you really come out ahead.

Any thoughts? Dangers?
