Volume looking healthy.. After a week of 4.5M in volume, looks like we'll again have a 0.5M+ volume day today.

Something is definitely brewing and I agree with Ditka on the gag-order on all involved parties from directly disseminating information regarding the lawsuit, until its officially complete.

As for the recent spurt, circumstantial evidence points to someone in the know, who feels like the end is near and JNSH is going to greatly benefit from the final outcome.

We'll all know soon enough.. Tick...tock.. tick.. tock...
