For the record, I am not saying this company is legit or a scam...its documented I have flipped my way to $ and shares that have now cost me zero. That said,

If this was all a big scam why wouldn't they let the bag holders raise the pps and/or having the 100 share "fees" sold at the ask. Furthermore, if its a scam why wouldn't they just say they found some very large , but believable, amount if gold.

If this is simply a scam, they could profit much better by selling at 5,6,7 rather 4,5. A billion shares sold at 6-7 vs 5 is a quick 20-40%.

So they have zero ethics about dumping shares, but draw the line where exactly.
