Glenn has indeed opened himself and IMSC to class action suits. He has mislead investors by not disclosing relevant information at the expense of the shareholder...non radioactive means absolutely nothing to TSA? When was this learned? When did he tells us? This is an issue of disclosure.
A report needs to be written after the TSA certification is complete? This was reported at the last CC. The TSA order has been the holy grail to IMSC and he again pushes the 'expected order' date back again. They have fought for this certification for YEARS and he springs it on us at the last CC. This process is not a blackbox, it's public. Why dribble out information when they are familiar with it.
Telling us that the sales from last quarter came in just days before the CC is laughable. Again, total disingenuous.
Basher? Me, no! I've been a long for a long, long time. But when I have a good percentage of my net worth in a company I get very angry when I'm lied to, purposely kept in the dark or not given straight answers (How many units are we making a month...you know the answer).
I want this company to succeed wildly, believe me, my life would change dramatically if it does. Unfortunately, I've lost faith in Glenn, who like the boy who cried wolf, is not to be believed until I see sales.
