It sure appears that way. Albion's OTCMarket reports have grandiose paragraphs about what a fine and honest gentleman he is. However honorable gentlemen don't bring Falso into a business. It looks like Albion diluted this all the way to no-bid, and is now going to let Falso try his hand. Couldn't have a worse case scenario in my opinion, Falso is known for his RS's. Those who point out Albion still has shares are overlooking that none of the details have been revealed and the TA won't report the SS. How do shareholders really know what Albion has and/or doesn't have? Anyone aware of the DETAILS regarding Convertible debt, or how much more restricted stock has been issued and to whom, what about additional common stock, and different classes of stock? No one but the immediate insiders know because first, Albion hasn't reported to OTCMarkets in almost a year, and secondly, Albion & Falso aren't talking.
