North Bay Resources Inc. (OTCBB: NBRI) ("North Bay" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Mr. William S. Watters, P.E. as a consulting mining engineer for the Ruby Gold Project in Sierra County, California.



Nothing "new" about him except his title. It isnt like he suddenly shows up and anything is different. Hes been part of thei for the 3 years since gold production was going to start and it suddenly turned into rehab.

The PR announcing his appointment as a COO tried to make it sound new but it is just the same guy doing the same thing and they needed a PR
