just to confirm some info regarding the LVVV deal for my own sake....
Since RSHN owns all the patent rights to APRU product, and APRU is solely the distributor, then RSHN will also become an indirect owner of LVVV correct?

>>> RSHN providing the patented properties to APRU
>>> APRU & LVVV legally use corresponding patent rights in the distribution of their new line of product
