If you are a DECN chart watcher, this could be headed much lower.

As I've said before, I throw charts out when reviewing penny stocks (lack of liquidity, inconsistent volume, larger spreads, etc.).

Anyway, for DECN to be collapsing like this just three weeks away from an important 10-K filing......well this does not bode well for the current shareholder.
