Whenever the BAR gets involved, you can pretty well that something is going to work against the general public. In the new Republic, both the BAR (lawyers) and the Banksters will have to be eliminated from the operating system. Anything written over the comprehension level of 15-year-old will have to be suspect.
The problem is that those who are manipulating the system are far more intelligent than the average human being. Keeping it simple reduces the chances for any kind of surreptitious influence or usurpation of the general meaning of the laws. Eliminating the national banks as has been known throughout history will eliminate the ability to manipulate our financial and economic base.

Throughout the history of mankind, the clever have been out-maneuvering the earnest. That has to stop. The only way that can happen is returning to our constitutional roots, and never letting the laws become obtuse or unintelligible yet, never letting anyone loan anything but their own deposits, and allowing the laws of the free-market to operate on their own, independent of any external authority. Full liability in the law needs to be the rule the day with anyone taking advantage of another for his or her ill-gotten gain should be punished within the extent up to and including their lives within the bounds of the common law. Furthermore, knowing how corporatism has taken advantage of people throughout the centuries, I would also suggest extremely restricts or elimination of corporations. Wherever extreme concentrations of power and money are found, there's going to be problems afoot. Corporatism is always presented major problems in North American and as a result, for the most part, if not entirely, I believe should be eliminated from the system. In this way, many of the problems which occurred in the labor movements of the 1900's and early 20th century would never have occurred. Let us learn from the past and moved toward the future.
