Knowledge and understanding of public regulatory and monitoring requirements of:

* Microsoft Office products
* Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

This doesn't mean the individual needs to be experienced with computer use of Microsoft office products. It means IMO that they need to be knowledgeable of the regulatory / legal aspects of interfacing Paperclick with Microsoft products.
