If I understand today's news Gerald essentially handed over control of the company's ability to raise funds to an outside entity that can decide if and when they want to buy shares?

Is that a fair summary?

If Gerald says the company needs cash and the shares are worth .12 and Lincoln Park Capital says we'll pay you .08 who wins that discussion?

He who controls the purse strings is in control.
