Think I was reading on another forum that the Pilots union decided to get divvied out their portion in this distribution. That might free up the next distro to be bigger than anticipated. I think JML mentioned it.

That being said, the logistics of the distribution formula are not something I understand very well, so if JML or anyone else can weigh in on that it'd be great.
