I believe they thought it is a done deal to move to Nasdaq....I also did and was proven wrong.

They did not take this entity serious enough or thought they would be stronger now with G2, more than 100mio market cap and HTFBS crowd behind them and doing so much IR conferences, by the way this is why I believe Steve did all this conferences.


I hope they will move to Nasdaq in April without talking much upfront except the anouncement 3 days ahead.."we will be listed effective April 28th, with R/S split 1:3" Outstanding Shares will be roughly 17 mio.

Quickly we will learn if there is a naked short or not.

That`s just my not well known opinion.
