I don't know you, but the absolute best advice I can give is DON'T try to time the market. Look at Buffet, he said You make your money when you BUY not when you sell. Picking individual stocks and timing the buying and selling of them + transaction coats it a fools errand you can't win. Buy and hold index funds and reinvest dividends. Invest regularly through ups and downs and you'll do fine. Over the life of the stock market it has averaged about 7% yoy. That will beat 99.98% of hotshot stock pickers over a long period of time. I know that's BORING but its just the way it is. The money I GAMBLE here on CVM is just a intellectual exercise.
