Yep...Go NTEK

Another brokerage notorious for dumping insider shares coming off restriction is Vandham (VNDM). I haven't seen them on NTEK (so far) but I wouldn't be surprised if the FOLEY CLAN of massive NTEK restricted stock grant recipients might find a second or third source for dumping their shares into the market.

VNDM is notorious for working with toxic convertible financiers and the insiders who cut the sweetheart deals with the death-spiral converters in order to dump the converted shares and insider tranches.

There's also another one out of SoCal and one in NY/NJ, but I'm not going to list that now as I don't want to give Davey any ideas about who might help him get rid of those restricted shares that mature on 10 April 2014 while he's in Federal prison for multiple convictions for fraud relating to counterfeiting game technology and also bank fraud.

Maybe after he's in the joint I'll give some more brokers who have reputations for "aiding" pennystock insiders to dump.

Note that NTEK's securities lawyer out of Louisiana appears to be a solo practitioner and even advertises that he has a specialty in issuing 144 opinion letters - he even quotes his flat fee rates on his website. Now why would NTEK pick that particular fellow in Louisiana as their securities law counsel?

I guess there just aren't any securities lawyers in Silicon Valley! Cooley Godward, Gunderson Dettmer, and Wilson Sonsini are too far for Davey to drive to up in Palo Alto - easier to go to Louisiana to a guy who specializes in issuing 144 opinion letters to delegend stock.

I could say more about my opinion on this matter, but for now I won't.
