Little known to the public still –but, CWIR is in the process of being taken over by a company called ‘First Hudson Trust and EMS’…
It started with this PR:
("First Hudson"), are pleased to announce the acquisition of another publicly traded company that will fall under the aegis of their holding company. The name of the company is Central Wireless, Inc., a Utah corporation, and its securities are quoted over-the-counter under the symbol "CWIR".
There is still a lot unknown about the nature of this takeover, but we do know it is a MMJ takeover. Per the PR:
EMS and First Hudson will develop Central to become a manufacturer, packager, and dispenser of medical marijuana in those states where the manufacture and sale of marijuana is permitted under those state's laws.
Follow up emails revealed confirmed this takeover!! I most recently received the following email which confirmed the take over and other information!!!!

The first thing you will notice about this email is First Hudson Trust and EMS currently owns ”67% of Central Wireless”….YES – 67% of CWIR’s OS – THIS IS HUGE!!!!
THIS CONFIRMS THE MMJ TAKEOVER IS COMPLETE!! This also makes the float very reasonable – because First Hudson owns 67% of the shares!! FLOAT LOCK IS IMMINENT!!!
Secondly – you will notice – they are confirming the nature of CWIR’s business moving forward! That being the ALMIGHTY CANNIBIS!!!$$$$$$$$$$
Thirdly, if you look at the CWIR chart you will see it is starting the second leg of a HUGE BREAKOUT - Friday we closed ABOVE the most recent high of .0027 confirming the second leg has started. Acuum/Dist pointing straight up. Psar flipped on the daily chart!! Very VERY BULLISH!!
