As I am sure you are aware, there are class action lawsuits being filed left and right from shareholders who lost money claiming that Fairways management has misguided them.

Personally, I do not think those lawsuits will bear any fruits for the shareholders and that it rather is a waste of both shareholders and managements time. If Fairways are able to improve their inventory management and additionally reduce costs the company can quickly turn around to be a money machine. If they are not able to soon, then it will go bankrupt.

Over the next 12/24 months it is make it or break it for Fairways. High risk and possibly high reward.
