Trtg chart not bad but it's not a true ascending tri because the top resistance line must be horizontal, otherwise it's a wedge. Second you really want to play ascending tri's after an established uptrend known as continuation. As for that first chart, I discount any pattern that's not over a least 1 month long so it wouldn't qualify
