Hi JPS02.

After doing some further investigation, i found the following, in regards to the company shares structure...

In July 2012 two corrections have been made:

1. The authorized shares have been reduced from 10 billion to 7.5 billion

2. In connection with the previously announced share reduction of the "ICOA Creditors Trust" the trustee has returned 2 billion shares to the company for cancellation...

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but this article makes the company look even better?!

The company future restructure plan was already announced on
July 13, 2012. So we are basically ahead of the game by now!!!

ICOA does not anticipate the need for a reverse stock split in the foreseeable future.
