Leinwand runs MASTIFF, LLC. He's PRPM's legal counsel. He has a long history of involvement with Eddie Vakser and multiple other "seedy penny stocks". IMO this guy isn't ever going to lend PRPM any substantial money. IMO he's merely participating in the pump for a piece of the action.
