A while back- give me a little while please and I'll give you the exact 10-Q and date, BHRT blew through their then, allotment of about 200 MILLION shares. They have been dumping shares to all sorts of people for 1) Cash 2) To pay Northstar back continually in the form of interest owed, sometimes a principal payment and so forth. So via the stroke of a pen- the BOD re-authorized to increase the outstanding shares available to almost ONE BILLION (I think about 950 MILLION or something like that). Since that time, they have already gone from 200 MILLION shares to as of last 10-Q about 350 MILLION shares already used and my guess by this next 10-K due any time now- it will be well North of 400 MILLION shares already dished out. Again, I've got things going on, but will come back and give the exact 10-Q pages, verbiage, etc. Just so you know, page one of each 10-Q, near the bottom lists the present shares outstanding. But down deeper in the document- you'll find where they explain the share allocation being upped, etc. You should also know- that they at the same time gave Northstar a big increase in preferred shares with special voting rights- so as to insure that Northstar (insiders) maintain 100% voting control rights over the common shareholder. Again, will be happy to list that document later. It effectively states how many preferred shares Northstar were given/increased and how each preferred carries like 20 votes or something to each common share-when you do the math you will see that it insures that anything ever put to a shareholder vote (which they NEVER do to my knowledge) would ALWAYS be out-voted by the insiders of the company. Not very good in my opinion.
