That is the whois database.

Looks to me like the domain is owned officially by domains.com
and that is who host(s)(ed) the domain for WTWO and the arrangement between them has expired.

We'll see what happens Monday, but all I can say is, what a way to do business! At a time of critical changes, to not only let it happen, but to not have communication about it.
