Great story. I, as well, came from a low income family. I have watched my parents make conservative decisions financially in general. When they did take a few risks, they did so without sufficient investigation and understanding of risk. In summary, they did not succeed financially and still struggle to this day. I have learned from those lessons and am, in my opinion, taking an educated risk because of the potential upside of this company. If this fails, I have plenty of other investments that are gaining value as we speak. Last year I had a biotech mutual fund increase by 100%. So win or lose here, I'll be fine. I'll be really fine if QTMM succeeds, i.e. retirement at age 45.
