Malone was in a probe a couple years ago on those matters....Chinese government is not allowing foreign countries to look at their bank statements. ..my understanding that is where the problem is right now. There is actually a freeze from the sec to all Chinese companies as far as reporting....This isn't just an ewsi problem.
