the shareprice here isn't coupled with what is actually going on with the company, with the exception of 1. poor investor communication, 2. no news releases, 3. messy restatement process. I don't think we can draw any meaningful conclusion from the shareprice right now.

i'm pretty sure based on my dd that there is indeed stuff going on behind the scenes.

the good news, as common_cents mentioned, the market is forward looking and we've digested a LOT of bad news/no news. that's all behind us and we'll keep moving forward with hopefully much better investor communication.
