It's interesting as I was unable to find any real useful information. I tried to see if their business license was still valid, but DE charges $10 to see and that's 10% of $100 I could invest on a long shot.

Iv'e been watching this stock for a few days now after noticing the 398 million share purchase and wondering why that was. I can only assume we'll see lot's of hype and rumors or an eventual press release of some type. This seems like more of a gable than Elay, since this company hasn't reported anything for more than a year.

Have companies set dormant like this and the sprung up with a random PR before?

It makes me wonder though, if this stock and company are dead, why is the stock still listed in OTC.
