March 13th will definitely be a significant day.

I doubt that we will see 3 separate news releases though. There may however be several positives wrapped up in a PR on the 13th.

1) We'll report our preliminary Q1 financial results on Thursday March 13th
2) We've completed the new design for the city guide network and are in the process of rolling it out over the network of 1,600 sites. We expect the roll-out to take about two weeks to be completed.
3) We're finalizing the details of our media campaign and will be publicly releasing the campaigns schedule within the next two weeks.

we are entering, what I believe will be an exciting time at TheDirectory.com, as we head into our sixth consecutive year of growth and exit the pink sheets. Our next conference call, which will include a question and answer session, will be held shortly after the completion of the SEC review process and Q1 filing.
