osp - there are different agencies that oversee beef, poultry, food, etc. Think USDA, not FDA. The pharma industry has FDA oversight, and it is very strict. For MJ inhalants, the FDA has oversight, along with the DEA, because MJ is a federally regulated substance. Get it right, then post. Cheers.
