I'm glad all this happened because now we know, this is very real.

Yes, by now everyone should know what some of us have been saying for half a year now, that OTHM is a complete SCAM.

Why buy OTHM shares as they dilute like mad and support the insiders behind this type of fleecing the market?

While Hundley is still sitting in jail awaiting adjudication on these charges, safe enough to assume that no merger will occur with this on the plate.

I don't think they intended to merge with anything anyway, it is all a ruse to sell as many shares as possible before the results of the BCSC enforcement hearings come out March 12th.

Will have to see who's opinions have been correct here all along.
