If you sell shares at loss of 10 % it is not a big loss I think. The point which you don't seem to be able to grasp is that by buying those shares at 25 cents they got one warrant to buy a share for about 31 cents for every 2 shares they got. THOSE WARRANTS ARE VALID FOR 5 YEARS. If the shares are worth 10 dollars in 5 years it matters very little indeed if you pan 25 or 31 cents for the shares if you exercise the warrants in five years and sell the shares. In the meantime the institutions have had the chance to invest 90 % of the money they just invested in CTSO in other Companies and profit from those Investments instead of havling all that money invested in CTSO.
