Your facts are based on a false assumption- that there will not be due attention and remedy provided to the SEC for this suspension by Hawk that will be acceptable to the SEC.
Look-
Market Makers are warned, pursuant to 15c 211 not to publish a quote for the security without reviewing its information statement/clarified information statement

Remember the 8-k stated that HAWK already has 2 MMs lined up for the future-

I am sure that Hawk will have things well in hand re. this latest action-IMO
Anyway-we are all speculating right now.
